Established teams of researchers promise these big guns of the Support World that they will seek out & deliver up the ideal recruiter, with the ideal experience level, at the ideal time with the ideal mindset. But listen, if you want to know what our ‘search criteria’ are, then we ask that you simply throw away any established ‘logic’ & embrace reality. We are simply looking for budding entrepreneurs who have the recruitment ability coupled with the unwavering enthusiasm & sincere desire to start their own business. No doubt you’ll have been working as a 360 recruiter for a while, usually for 2 or more years & you’ll know that you’re just a normal person with ideas & ambitions & the need for some help.
Hot coffee, a warm laptop and a mountain of patience will navigate them through what Isotope has to offer & when they decide to pick up the ‘phone to have a chat, they will be treated with respect, enthusiasm and gratitude. There will be no template preamble. No first rounds of selection and no panel interviews. It will be a conversation between you, a budding entrepreneur looking for some help, and Isotope – a business happy to have been found!
