Welcome to Season 1, Episode 8 of The Recruitment Startup Subject Podcast with your host, Max Jones. In this latest episode, we were joined by the experienced Adam Nichols. Adam ‘made the leap’ & began to develop his own recruitment startup back in 2018 &, since then, has grown from strength to strength. Rosslyn David has not only physically grown (both in terms of revenue but also headcount) but it’s got ever clearer on the value, morals & culture that have always been so important to Adam. This was a conversation based around understanding everything from what initially pulled Adam to start his own recruitment agency, to the path he took & the journey over the past 42 months.
We touched upon so much but I suppose these are some of the ‘key areas’ we spoke about:
