Welcome to Season 1, Episode 6 of The Recruitment Startup Subject Podcast with your host, Max Jones. The recruitment startup podcast fixated on understanding what makes a recruiter start & thrive in their own agency. Specifically focussed on understanding what brings entrepreneurial recruitment consultants to the point of starting their own agency.

In this latest episode we were joined by the humble, passionate & self-reflective Matt Nicholson who, after 7 years within the IT recruitment space, decided to ‘make the leap’, start his own agency & focus on creating an agency truely in his own form, in his own vision. Having thought about the idea for at least 4 years prior to making the commitment, it was so interesting to learn more about Matts journey both prior to starting Impactive IT & during his journey so far.
