Rise Site Solutions was founded by Charlie Robinson in the middle of 2021. After 5+ years working within a major construction recruitment agency in Hertfordshire, the time felt right for Charlie to finally act upon the desires & feelings he’d had for years around starting & growing his own construction recruitment company. Focusing primarily across the blue-collar construction market this is his story.

For a number of years, Charlie had thought about the idea of starting his own recruitment agency. Countless record breaking months, copious conversations with his friends & family about the idea & the professional assurance that this was certainly something he “could do”; it slowly started to feel like the right time for him to make the leap & start his own construction recruitment agency.
His talks with Isotope started as so many do; years before the inception of what was going to be, Rise Site Solutions. But Charlie is, like so many recruiters out there, methodical. If he was going to start his own agency & entrust isotope in supporting him with his goals & ambitions for that business, these conversation not only had to assure him that Isotope were professionally capable to support him & his new recruitment business but also that, as people, we understood him, understood his ambitions &, as obvious as we know it might sound, got on as… well… people.
