LT Support was founded by Laura Tanner in the middle of 2020. After in excess of 20 years working within the recruitment space, mastering her craft across both the education & social care side of the market, the idea of launching her own agency had always been ‘on the cards’. All that was required was some opportune timing, the right support & a leap of faith! Focussing across the education market, this is her story.

Why haven’t you done this before now?”. This was the question on our lips when we first had the opportunity to talk with Laura about her goals & ambitions for her own agency back at the start of 2020.
It had always been an idea that she’d toyed with; coming to the forefront of her mind on countless occasions, whether that be a result of building out another team for another education agency, opening new branches in areas untapped by her current employer or simply just reflecting on the consistency of her billings over the years (& years) of working in this market. If she could generate & maintain the GP she’d enjoyed for years prior, all while taking on the further multitude of responsibilities given to her by her employers, what would stop her from being able to build her own successful education recruitment agency?
In our eyes (& in hers) the answer was… nothing!
& so our conversations ensued. Phone calls, ZOOM meetings & a few face-to-face meetings in a post-apocalyptic COVID world allowed Isotope to really understand the person we’d been chatting to for so long & also the support that was really going to add value & align with her ambitions for her brand new education recruitment agency.
