Welcome to the most exciting stage of your recruitment business launch; the creation of your new companies’ visual identity. The branding brief below will serve as the foundation for the Isotope creative team to start work on building the visual identity for your new recruitment business.

From the iconic Nike swoosh, the slick Apple apple & the powerful, symbolic, prototypical & world-renowned Isotope cube (too much?) – we understand how important the visual identity of your recruitment business is.

All joking aside, this is where it all starts. So please enjoy this process, talk to us & lean on us for advice & support around the visual identity of your new business; after all, we’d have to be idiots not to have picked up a few things over the years when it comes to creating killer brands for our recruitment start-up clients.

    Let’s get to work!

    1. Contact Details

We know you. & we know, you know, that we know you. But we’d love to know again, you know?

    2. Your Business

ABC Recruitment?... We know you’re more creative than that! In order for our design team to get cracking on the visual identity for your recruitment business, firstly we need some information on your new business.

    Your Chosen Business Name:

Slogan or Strapline? Add it here.

    Your Business Sector

Your Business Market. Is your market candidate focused? Client driven? Or both?

    3. Your Logo Inspiration

Please provide a minimum of 3 examples of existing brands or logos you’d like your business to draw inspiration from. & remember, think outside the box! Inspiration can come from as close to home as your previous employer (perhaps?) to as far a field as a milk producer in New Zealand. Bottom line, please don’t feel restricted by industry or sector here, we want to know what you really like & what really inspires you.

    4. Logos You Dislike

Now it might sound a little odd, but we now want to know what you don't like. Perhaps you can't stand your ex-employers logo or perhaps the milk producer in New Zealand is more 'full fat' than 'semi-skimmed'. Whatever the reason, we want to know. So, what logos do you not like & why?

    5. Your Logo design & styling

Red and yellow and pink and green, purple and orange and blue, you can start to see your recruitment business logo, your business logo, your business logo come true…
Please let us know what colour(s) you would love to see in your recruitment business logo.

& how about the design of your business logo? Please check the boxes below that you feel best represent your new recruitment business. Is there a limit to the amount of boxes you can tick? Pfft – tick away!

Don’t feel any of the above quite represent what your new recruitment business should look like? Please add any further details below.

    6. Your Brand Message / USPs

Please include your unique selling points, company message or ethos.

    7. Your Competition

Ronaldo has Messi; Jack Nicklaus had Arnold Palmer; Serena Williams had Venus Williams. All great professionals have competition; competition is what keeps you hungry, what keeps you current & what keeps you always striving for more.

Let us know about some of your competitors in your recruitment market so that we, your team, can ensure you are always head & shoulders above the competition.

    8. Social Media

Not having a social media presence for your recruitment agency is like having a heater in July – ineffective. We want to make sure your recruitment agency has all the tools it needs to succeed, so please let us know what accounts you would like set up for your new business:
    TwitterLinkedInFacebookInstagramClubhouseTikTok

Existing Social Profiles? Please add the links to these here.

    9. Your additional comments

Got more to add? Well say it now or forever hold your peace!... Of course we’re only joking, but please if you have any further thoughts & suggestions when it comes to the visual identity of your new recruitment business let us know below.

There is no such thing as ‘too much’ information when it comes to creating a brand that you can be proud of, so please take your time & let us know if you have any other thoughts below.

    10. Additional supporting documents

Got a sktech? Some doodles on the back of a napkin? Some written content that might help? Please, include it below. Any supporting documents that you feel may help our creative team understand your vision, we would love to hear about them.
