Well, if only there was a Recruitment Startup Checklist out there that could help. & better still a Recruitment Startup Checklist written by a team that spend every waking minute launching (& supporting) recruiters in their own agencies.
That would be great wouldn’t it.
Because you’d be able to read it with the confidence that it covers everything you’re going to need. Why? Because it’s what they do for each & every one of their clients, each & every day.
But what would make this the best Recruitment Startup Checklist out there?
Well it would have to be a step-by-step, point-by-point, line-by-line checklist to help any recruiter across any vertical within any market, make sure that they have everything they need to successfully launch their own agency.
Meaning that it would have to cover the four pillars of any successful recruitment business launch. You know, areas like; accounts & back office, legal & compliance, creative & marketing & finally, the recruitment tools/tech.
It would be also really useful if you could then print that checklist off, without parting with your personal data, stick it on your back bedroom office door (where ABC Recruitment HQ will start its embryonic journey) & work through it to ensure you get everything you need to successfully launch your own recruitment business.
It’s a shame there’s not. Because that would be invaluable.
