Ralph Recruitment was founded in 2022 by Louisa Ellis. A recruiter who, after years & years of gently toying with the idea of launching her own recruitment agency, finally decided that “now” was the right time for her to launch her own agency & start build a vehicle that would serve her & her family for the years & years to come. No stranger to what it takes to successfully run desks, offices & divisions after working across the market for the last 25 years or so, it was the most logical next step for this ambitious, capable & confident recruiter. This, is her story.

They say that repetition is the mother of skill & this is no truer a saying than when you look at exceptional recruiters who, at some stage or another, start to feel professional capable that they could (perhaps) start & successfully run their own recruitment agencies.
After years & years of working across the same market, knowing the recruitment cycle within that particular market, seeing the ups, the downs, the tricky times & the slightly more buoyant ones – you start to pick up the confidence that you know a thing or two about the market you recruit into.
As a result, usually coinciding with that occasional personal landmark or two you starting thinking… hey, maybe I could do this myself? Launch my own agency & create a vehicle that will start to give me what I want.
Freedom, flexibility, recognition, pride – perhaps all four? Not to mention the financial upsides. After all retaining 100% of what I would bill is, well, attractive to say the least…
A journey that Louisa found herself on during her role with her previous employer. It was during that time that Isotope were lucky enough to first start talking with her about her goals & ambitions around launching & developing her own agency.
